Paalai Poo Honey

Paalai poo trees are seen in South Indian states and South Asia upto Australia.  It is commonly known as black board tree which has signature high medicinal benefits.  During this flowering season, bees find abundant nectar in these flowers.  It is golden yellow color and smells like ripened fruit.

   Jamun honey is not extracted by harvesting bees in boxes, it is collected from branches of jamun trees.  It is rich in sources of vitamin A and C.  It is basically slight bitter variant of honey which has strong aroma of jamun and offers a multitude of health benefits.  Jamun flowers mostly extracted in months of summer.

Rose Gulkand

Preparation of honey rose Gulkand  is an age-old ayurvedic recipe from the Indian kitchen.  We use the paneer rose petals to make this delicious and nutrient-rich Gulkand. Paneer rose petals along with raw honey, palm candy and  jaggery  are soaked under the sun over a period of one month .
